First-Team Squad

Tenacious, hard-working and unfailingly down to earth, the Portuguese left a gaping hole in the Liverpool squad after passing away in a car accident alongside his brother on July 3rd 2025.

Jota left the earth as a Premier League and UEFA Nations League champion but, tragically, he will never leave Liverpool. He may no longer be with us, but his spirit will live within the club for eternity. Forever 20.
